Great bulk-purchase place.
I'm probably nit-picking, but they don't have dr pepper in large cases like they do Pepsi. It's the same vendor delivering correct?
Also they really need to have a cart at the end of each register. The system of scanning and counting and comparing to the receipt sometimes never matches, so they have to count again. It would easier to move the scanned items to a separate cart to keep better count.
Great place otherwise though.
Got here at 7am they don't have help to unload the trucks I have to set here till 9am to get unloaded.
I read the reviews and, frankly, I was ready for the worst outcome of events, for example, how to lose half a day unloading half a trailer. Two hours before the appointment time, they gave me the door and literally within 25 minutes they let me out onto the road with signed documents in my hands. Now I want to turn to the management of the Restaurant depot: the gentleman who unloaded me, his name is Barrington!!! I sincerely thank him and his team for a great job!!! A guy with a smile on his face, giving a positive mood for the whole day!!! Thank you for the good mood and the start of the day full of positivity! God bless you all!!!
Everyone was very informative, and helpful, and I saw lots of prices on products that the restaurant I work for uses. Will most likely be returning to purchase those items. Ordered some glasses, special order took a bit longer than I thought it would take to get them in. The coupons are helpful I would appreciate if more of them were issued in the future otherwise it was a great shopping experience.
6-3-22 i had appointment at 2pm only 4 pallets now 6pm. I ask them how long they respond not to long. This place is literally trash I went inside, after being here sitting for half a shift, to use bathroom paper all over the floor pallets all over the place trash everywhere smh now I see why they drag. There was a small little white boy mad I called this place trash just starting facts and if he wants to fight I’m out side but he was all talk. Still stated my truth trash location check out the picture they lucky I didn’t get warehouse pictures look very similar
This place sucks. Easy to back into but sucks. If you not there first thing in the morning you gonna be waiting a while. They charge me 4.50 per pallet to unload onions. They will not tell you about lumper fee or start unloading you until ut ou are backed in and enter the building again. Which they make tou wait at the door a good few minutes even though they are right there. Wont unload before lumper is paid in advance. All docks are taken, 3 trucks waiting and no one is being unloaded. This place doesnt know what they are doing in the recieving department
First the negative reviews are from disgruntled drivers so it has nothing to do with shopping there. The people in the store are always friendly and helpful. The issue I have is checkout. It’s painfully slow and disorganized.
If I can put zero star I will be did it . I was here for delivery and my appointment was at 6 am . So unloading time for delivery 6 hours then you waiting another 3 hours for BOL sign. Man here so rude and unprofessional for costumer service. I don’t recommend to take load for this location or any restaurant depot location, because they all the same . Because of them I lost my next load and stuck in Omaha by two days. Never ever take loads here. Dear restaurant Depot administration please keep your eyes open and control you unprofessional people in your business. There is a lot of nice people trying to get work . You should send this unprofessional worker send home!!!!!
